Assessment and Promotion

The students and their parents are strictly instructed to read and understand all the rules and regulations printed in the school prospectus, school diary, and timely circulars issued from the office of the Principal.
Any doubt or query regarding the rules and regulations can be conveyed or discussed on the day of the following PTM (Parent-Teacher Meeting).
It is informed to all concerned that the latest copy of the prospectus, the school diary, and the latest notified circulars are always available in the office of the Principal.
These documents shall always be considered valid for official reference as well as for legal purposes.
Ignorance of any of the laws or bye-laws shall not be considered as an excuse under any circumstances.

Parents seeking admission for their ward must register the name in advance. Registration for the Nursery class starts in December. Registration for other classes depends on seat availability, which is expected to be very limited. Registration does not guarantee admission, and its validity is only up to the date specified in the form.
No candidate will be admitted without an entrance test, except for the Nursery class. The Principal’s decision regarding admission will be final.
An attested copy of the most recent results from the present or previous school, if applicable, must be submitted along with the completed application form. Copies of certificates, reports, etc., once submitted, are not returnable.
The selection of candidates is at the sole discretion of the Principal. Parents, guardians, or other individuals have no right to question the selection process for any class.
Students joining the school at any time during an academic year will be required to pay the full fees for that academic year, even if they join late.
No requests or recommendations will be entertained for the selection and admission of any candidate. The Principal’s decision in all matters is final.
The registration fee once paid is non-refundable.
The fee structure is attached to the prospectus. Those seeking admission must thoroughly review the fee structure before registering.
Once admission is taken, the fee will not be refunded.
