Leave Rules

Kindly ensure that your child does not take leave from school without a very genuine need.

Once attendance is marked, no student shall be granted leave without a valid reason.

Appointments with doctors, dentists, etc., should not be arranged during school hours.

No leave will be granted without a leave application. It may be written in Punjabi, Hindi, or English and must be submitted by the parent/guardian with a proper signature and date. Applications written by students will not be accepted under any circumstances.

A student returning to school after a contagious or infectious disease must provide a physical fitness certificate from an authorized and government-approved medical practitioner. Failure to present this certificate will result in the student being sent home.

All students are expected to attend school on the re-opening day after each vacation. Students from LKG to Class V who fail to attend will be fined Rs. 20/- per day for up to 15 consecutive working days, while students of Classes VI to X will be fined Rs. 30/- per day.

Every student who is absent due to sickness must present a medical certificate from a government medical practitioner before being allowed to attend class.

Absence for more than fifteen consecutive class days will result in the student being struck off the rolls. Re-admission, if granted, will require full payment of the regular admission fee as per the fee structure.
